wavygravyImages will resize to 90% of the entry window. Icons are at full size on your Reading page and at 80px for comments and Recent Entries. Entry management, you can go with text or icons, both are fine.
The highlight of this one is probably the persistent navigation links for Previous, Next and Top of page in the fixed navigation bar at the bottom. No more scrolling to find those!
